LONG DISTANCE ROMANCE! Cassandra Borg first met Mark Hafner on line. They chatted back and forth for 12 months until she took the 1500 mile plunge and flew from Minnesota to Charleston to meet her (possible) Mr. Right. They met and It was love at first site. She had her heart set on an Asscher Cut diamond engagement ring. At Paulo Geiss Jewelers she found just the right stone but is was part of an earring set. No Problem. They broke the set and Cassie has the ring of her dreams! The happy couple were married on May 9th with a honeymoon in Bermuda.

SOUTHERN STYLE WEDDING. Blair and Tyler were married in a Traditional Southern Wedding on May 9th in Mount Pleasant. Later at the reception, their guests enjoyed home made crab cakes and shrimp with a wonderful view of the waterway at The I’On Club. The couple first met in a kick ball league. All their teammates knew they were going to be together. Tyler proposed on a romantic deserted island off the Carolina coast. And speaking of romantic, Tyler choose for Blair a beautiful Ritani ring from the “Romantique” collection with a gorgeous cushion shape diamond in the center.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SWEETHEARTS! Virginia Copley had a huge crush on Sheldon Tate in the 1st grade in Spartanburg. She moved away and thought she’d never see him again until one night he walked in to her life in Charleston. It was  an instant connection and the couple have been inseparable ever since.
On a trip to New York City at Christmas, Sheldon whisked her around town… dinner at the famous Tavern on the Green and a photo by the Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Center. As they posed for the picture, Virginia suddenly heard her name. Sheldon had flown her whole family up as a surprise. Without skipping a beat Sheldon fell to one knee and proposed. The couple will be married on September 19th and the Honeymoon… Yes, that’s going to be another surprise!
